before the interview i would expect the person to dress nicely to see how reguarly she dresses each day because everyday you may have to come to work really nice, clients would be coming in too so if i was interviewing them i would expect her in a nice shirt and pants or even a dress would be nice, dont want to much makeup on her just a few good foundation or so, especially really nice hair like maybe curl it or leave it straight in a nice kinda way :)

during the interview i would like her to sit nicely in a nice postition and expecting her to answer all my questions that makes sense.. um asking her questions like why u want this job and what well do u want to do in this job position? i cant except a iDk question because how would she work here if she doesnt know anything about her self so most definitly i expect her to come with a great opinion.

after the interview i would want her to right me a letter of how she like the interview and if it will really put her in a position that she would like to do maybe ask her a few personal questions that she may require.. hearing a thank you from her! & saying i want this job :D
