uhh IDK

ughh well i have to start with this damn work.. umm well i learned about the four factors of production that deal with marketing and other important things like natural resources, labor, capital, and management. a natural resource is materials provided by nature are important to production. Soil, water, mineral deposits, and forests are all examples of a nations resources. Human beings do not create them. labor includes all of the people employed in the workforce. Both the skills the workforce and the amount of labor help to determine the amount of production. capital is most people think of capital as money. to the economist, however, capital is any person-made means of production. tools, machines, and factories are examples of capital goods. capital used skillfully can greatly increase productivity. management refers to the people who organize and direct the other three factors. entrepreneurs, make up a large part of this resource. mangers assume the risk of operating a business. the need for good organization and management applies to both single person businesses and large corporations. umm thats what i learned. im my opinion i think these resources deal with the environment of the forest on earth and other locations that have plants or whatever. its pretty good to read and know whats going on with the resources.

Working Safely

ummm well i guess u could say that ive learned somethings about safety. safety means protecting yourself or handling things with care and respect. like always wear ur seatbelt when u are in a vehicle cuzh u never whats gonna happen if u dont wear ur seatbelt, like an accident. when there is a fire than u should do something, call the fire department. they will most definitely help u of putting the fire out or either that than use a fire extinguisher if its a lil fire. when u hold a knife and ur gonna hand to somebody else than u need to hold the blade and hand it to them safely so u wont stab the person. uhhh well thats some facts that i know about safety haha i cant think right now.. sooo ttyl. hope i get a A+ :)

Nothing Else to Do

well its pretty boring on a damn thursday especially when there is nothing to do around here, even at school finished all my work in this class and nothing else to do just get on this dumb computer, i hate getting on computers even when there is cool sites that are blocked i wish their were a myspace because from what i think the students well really appreciate it & respect the teacher more lol um we students was suppose to get on some azcis.intocareers.org thing but we forgot our usernames & passwords haha so we just gotta right some blogs again grrr hate doing this whats the big deal on this blog thing any way hardly no one gets on ha well my day is not going so well if the teacher reads this.. their is a girl in this class who i really hate & she keeps starring haha feel like going over there & saying something to her but naaw she gonna get scared lmao well thats all i have to say for noww pce out dawggs

About Group Tasking

to me i think group tasking means something to do with a group of people who work for a company & work things out like solving the problems of a bad situation or dicussing things that need to done right away to know the fact that something has to be changed, well group tasking seems like a strong word for workers who have a strongly company & taking the disability especially when it comes to a hard situation all i know is that group tasking is like a meeting that workers who enforce good apparel, they all discuss the problem and they give out their opinions & feelings of what fits best in the situation, to fix it.

Discuss Ways to Participate Effectively

When your working in a group than you should always help one another out like accomplishing of your work give them you ideas just volunteer in your group to know whats good and wrong it doesnt look good to you than you should do something about it always accept the workers give you like pitch in and do whatever the group needs, doing your job well also always participate, do your job well than you will both benefit in some kind of way, share your views dont hold back on a good idea or suggestion just put out your opinions and feelings so it would be all good when someone is irritating you and your group than you should do something about it dont let them keep going its not a good discussion if its not the whole group thats not talking, discussing with your group is the main situation of working something out, encourage others! focus on your group work, not something else, like your family problems just do what the boss says and follow each session you'll get it right just complete the work.

Research

before the interview i would expect the person to dress nicely to see how reguarly she dresses each day because everyday you may have to come to work really nice, clients would be coming in too so if i was interviewing them i would expect her in a nice shirt and pants or even a dress would be nice, dont want to much makeup on her just a few good foundation or so, especially really nice hair like maybe curl it or leave it straight in a nice kinda way :)

during the interview i would like her to sit nicely in a nice postition and expecting her to answer all my questions that makes sense.. um asking her questions like why u want this job and what well do u want to do in this job position? i cant except a iDk question because how would she work here if she doesnt know anything about her self so most definitly i expect her to come with a great opinion.

after the interview i would want her to right me a letter of how she like the interview and if it will really put her in a position that she would like to do maybe ask her a few personal questions that she may require.. hearing a thank you from her! & saying i want this job :D

Just a Lil' Something

wow i havent been on here for awhile just busy very busy with this class doing essays and all :D pretty good though cause i got a B in this class soo most definitly i am doing very good especially in this class. well today i have nothing to do.. especially when its a friday idk might go to phx or stay here in tuba with my friends im acutally between the middle which sucks ne way my day was alright hanging out with my bro's especially my cousin Klare she makes my day and always puts a smile on my face very good cousin :) just wanted to say that perhaps we are gonna go to have a assembly today about rewards hm than after that i got to work which sucks but i might get laid off i hope lol i just wanna go home after school than go to sleep and chill for the rest of the day well thas all i gotta say pce out
